Humans are like... NOTHING!

One entry in GX's blog triggered me to make this little research...
And these are my results.

How exactly small is the planet Earth?
Lets compare the Earth with the Sun.
The Sun is 1,400,000km in diameter and you could fit more than 1,000,000 Earths in the Sun.
But the Sun is not biggest Star...
The biggest planet is VY Canis Majoris, which is 2100 times the size of the Sun.
That means that Supergiant Star would be 2,940,000,000km in diameter. And this supergiant is just a part of the Galaxy. Using this figures, you would fit 4,116,000,000 Earths into this star.

That got to show how small the earth really is... It is almost a point particle in the galaxy. And comparing this, we are of non-existence!

After finding out the giants, I decided to go the opposite direction to find the smallest planet, or star... Or anything that revolves around any star, or planet, or any salar system objects, or any round thing in the galaxy.

We know that Moon is smaller than Earth. Dwarf planet Pluto is even smaller. And yet, Dwalf planet is still a giant compare to err... 1998 KY26. 1998 KY26 is only 15 metres in diameter. It is considered to be a meteoroid, or asteroid, and is the smallest prominent object in the solar system.

Despite this, it is still slightly above 10 times the height of Human...

Euporie is then the smallest star, it revolves around Jupiter, just like the moon, and is only 2km in diameter.

We are very, very, very small indeed...

But hey! We are still supergiants to a bacterium!

Busy beee

I am so busy in camp!
Busy busy busy.....
But army is like that...
Extreme inconsistency. RUBBISH.

First it was the Anniversary a month ago... I did the range.
Then it was the SAF Day parade... as a spectator.
Now the Dinner was over... just on Friday.
And I got a weekend Guard Duty... today.
Next up will be another parade... for a entire week.
The green man on the TV is up next... till NDP.
And it will be some field camp exercise after NDP... Shrugs.
And soon after I will be away in Australia.. most probably.

Well, I guess I will be "free" after 2009 then...
Manx... I've just booked out earlier and I have to book in tonight, EARLY.
AHMYGAH!

One of my officer in Tekong was tested H1N1 positive. And is happy about it. =.='' Ok, I have nothing to say now.
