What will you do if in the given situation?
Person A, a very close female friend of yours is looking for a job. Den there is a shop is that opened by person B, who is another close male friend of yours and you trusted him very much... in addition, u used to work together with him in other places before. And since that shop is urgently needing workers, you recommended person A, to work in that shop. Person A accepted the job offer but after a few days, person A said to you that during work, person B touched and sort of molested her... So wad will u do? Will it be...
A) Go directly to police and let the police settle it
B) Go talk with both person, together, and see if there is any misunderstanding
C) Go talk with both person A and person B separately and see if you can help
D) Heck it...
If you had chosen "A"... Think of this... Police case = Lawsuits = BIG PROBLEMS... Person B may face the jail + caning... You do not want a friend of yours to end like that isnt it?
If you had chosen "B"... Both Person A and Person B may get very worked up. And started all sorts of lying and crying and everything. Im sure u wun want that to happen rite?
If you had chosen "C"... Both sides may be lying to you or saying the truth or both at the same time... so it will be very hard to settle the misunderstanding... not forgetting each side may think that the opposite side is lying as well... rite?
If you had chosen "D"... Hey!!! You are not going to just leave them like that isnt it! Thats cruel to person A... If that case is true! Agree?
And so it seems like you had done a horrible mistake by helping person B to get a worker and also helping person A to get a job yea? Haix!!! Thats what i am in now!!! However due to some reasons, i will not mention both their names, neither is the true relationship between the 3 of us, and nor will i state the location of and what the actual shop is. What should i do??? HAIX!!!
So me, i decided to talk to them separately... Its pretty obvious that person A wasnt lying rite? who on earth will want to lie to you that a person is molesting her? I cant think of any type of person except those really stupid dumbos who could not find anything and have nothing better to do. But she do not have any witnesses
But at the same time, person B may not be lying as well! I had talked to him, and he had a few witnesses, and all of them state that he is innocent... Plus despite the fact that he may be really fierce at times... he had NEVER lied to me before AT ALL!!! He even bring me to the place where the thing occurred. But the place, like he said, and other witnesses said, its way too small to that to happen... seriously... And if he really wanted to do that, he would have done that way long ago when we were working together as there are alot more young ladies. Hmm... anyway... if he were to do that, why is it MY friend?
Now... since the chances of both sides lying is very low, both their situation may be true. that leads to a clash in the ideas when 1 side is saying that person B did it, and one side saying that person B did not... wad can i do? what shld i do den? Is that during that time a unexplainable force touched and molested her? Is it because that time person A hear wrongly in what person B is talking? Is that person A that time have wild imaginations? Is person A/B lying? What if this thing is totally talked-on to fool me? Haix~ totally confused! OUT!!!

hmm, da situation... i need A reali need to define wad's molesting... maybe in her own defintion, touching her slightly might be called molesting... since u oso sae dey re wrking, a slight casual touch doesnt tantamount to molesting.. so u reali mus ask A wad do she mean by molesting.. ask her very into da details, even slight details oso cannt left out.. den u must ask B to tink of any occurences that might circumstaned to being molesting her... ask him nt to drop out ANY small details.. after tt tink through wad dey sae but pls ask seperately or else dere will be no effect... den after tinking throught, it may juz be a small misunderstanding.. cuz some gers might nt be very open to guys touching her... and make sure where does B touches A... if its common area, den juz forget it cuz i dun tink common area will tantamount to molesting...UNLESS its touching personal areas den u mus reali clarify.. btw, i dun tink B will dare to touch her top and bottom personal parts cuz its too obvious to be noticed.. so if its her butt, den might juz be burshing across... also pls ask da frequency of it.. if juz less den 3 times, den forget it, i will safely assume its juz wrk-prone accident.. =) if u find anything wrong or dun understand, pls reply to me... i will check out tis comment.. =) hope it helps u too... =D
well... thanks alot sadocean... hmm... "A" said "B" touches the side of her butt... and also say "B" ask her to sit on his legs. She also stated that "B" hugged her. "B" also closed the door of the office.
all rite... wads the use of closing the door? yea, the door WAS closed because "A" was crying and "B" dunwan other people to see her crying.... and to me lah~ i think everything occurred during the door closing. As mentioned, the room was so small around less than a metre by less than 2 metres! I went into the room and "B" even demostrate everything to me.. Yea.. the door closes inwards, so the touching of her butts and hugging may be just a brush across since u need to shift in alot in other to give space for the door. But i still dun understand why "B" ask "A" to sit on her legs! does that really occurred? "B" denied. and thats all "A" said to me.. agree that its vague? it is. "A" told me everything vaguely. "B" told me in details clearly. But the chances of "B" lying is higher than "A"...
seriously lah~ to my family, its not a big matter at all. I know its a misundestanding. "A" may be too sensitive, and when the closing of door, the brushing cause her to lost her mind and started thinking things... thus making her think that "B" ask her to sit on her legs when he may be asking other stuffs. The only person that had made this BIG is "A"'s "C"... "C" had made a police report ler. but the police wun do any action until "A"'s family really want to lodge a report. so? Haix!!!!
hmm... i tink C reali make da serious abit matter.. wad i can sae is, i juz feel is brushing matter and misunderstanding... tt's wad i can conclude after reading wad u sae.. cuz i find da whole matter abit weird... hmm, maybe i tink u shld juz leave it alone.. truth will shown to light one day.. tt's wad i tink.. =)

for now... it is sort of calmness at the moment... No news from both sides... I definitely hope this no news is gd news... And if possible remain it like that! let it be a mystery and lesson learn...
