Happy 2010!
In just about a hours time, it would be 2010, and 2009 will go into history.
2009 had been a... rather... boring year for me... Serious!
12 months this year in army. Besides army, what else?
Its the many of the different things in life that made me happy.
Just like that pretty rainbow in March.
I am now trying to figure out what might be interesting for me to blog in this entry.
But I could not find any!
Since life had been so bloody hell routine, maybe I can blog about my routine.
Yeayea... I'll book in on Sunday nights.
Nights out on Tuesday evenings.
Book out on Friday evenings.
So where exactly do I went during those breaks?
Lot 1 ranked number one.
I remember we (Me and my cousin) did quite a number of crazy things.
We once went to Tampines during nights out.
On most occasions, we merely ate, and slack around till the time I have to return camp.
As for book-outs... I would rather stay at home.
If I step out, chances are, it will be with my sister, and you can spot us in Liang Court.
If not, I will either be at home, or anywhere and everywhere around Singapore.
Probably the only highlight for me this year is Exercise Wallaby.
There are seriously many first times.
First time taking a plane trip.
First time get to touch a wild animal in the forest.
First time experiencing both extremely hot weather and a nice cooling weather.
First time to witness a forest fire.
First time to see how a cloud form and disappears in front of my eyes.
First time seeing a million stars in the night sky.
First time to consume so much Australian sand.....
And in fact, it all these silly things in Australia that made it both enjoyable and the opposite!
Learnt to like the small things in life, and you will be a much more happier person.
Learnt to enjoy the short moments you have, and you will find life more enriching.
That is some little lesson I've learn this year.
Ok, maybe I've missed out the bad stuffs.
My luck at gone downright awful as the year closes...
Leg injuries, lost of mobile phone, loss of cash...
Uggh! Thats just hope that next year, this will never happen.
And my luck will climb all the way back up.
Or even exceed what I had.

2012
Im back from Australia!
Its like finally!
Anyway, I went to catch 2012 with my sis in Marina on Sunday.
Initially wanted to catch Paranormal Activity,
but after reading the reviews (which is only 2.5 popcorns) and what Yanlin said,
we got the tickets for the 2.45pm show instead of the other.
And we actually bought the tickets a mere 10 minutes before the show starts.
We were given couple seat!
The show, I'm rather glad that we've watched this.
The show might be rather draggy at the front but it switches to a climax suddenly when the ground in South America simply spilts.
2012, do you believe in it?
Its very near.
The world will undergo a 40 degrees polar shift.
Singapore will be very near the north pole.
China, Taiwan, Japan will be at the North Pole.
Wow.
Im going back to camp tonight.
Damn sian.

Australia
Exercise Wallaby.
Man, I cant believe I am in Australia now.
Back to the days when I am pretty much still a kid,
Australia was one of those countries that I wish I could go to.
But somehow, even though I am here, I did not really enjoy myself.
Wrong purpose.
Today, a thought suddenly came to me.
I might miss this place when I left after all...
Its the experience. Just like those miserable days in Tekong.
Neh... Whatever it is, I going back in less than 2 weeks.
And maybe... Next time if i got the chance...
I save up. And come back here to Australia.
Not Rockhampton definitely...
Maybe Sydney or Melbourne...
to where all the buzz is about.
And I wish to visit the Gold Coast.
Can you believe I am going to spend over 48 hours alone here???
Damnit~!!
I sprained my knee.
And I think its far more serious than expected.

好快喔...
又是一年了...
也就是說... 我又老了一歲了...

Happy November?
Everyday it has been less than 8 notifications in my facebook. somehow i logged in just now n i was surprised by the fact that i got 32 (in fact its over!) new notifications in a short 6 hours. and i soon know the reason why...

its approaching november real soon... for those who still do not know whats gonna b happening, i will be away from singapore for 3 weeks in november from 9th to 28th. I will b in Rockhampton, Australia for some army exercise. if u ask me, i am not looking forward to this trip, even though this would be my very first time going overseas via a plane.
ironically, this trip almost clashed with my birthday. but thankfully it din.
sigh... i hope that i can just get it over and done with as soon as possible...
let me wish all the november babies a happy birthday first! for im afraid that i might not have time to do so anymore for this year!
Happy advanced birthday to Avim, GX, Andrea, Ken, Valerie, Yazid, Dalun, Perry, Ezekiel and Michelle! apologises to those i had missed out! There are just too many november babies~~~!!!

Doberlator?!
It was such a cooling morning!
Its a waste to have a medical appointment so early today.
Woke up around 7.30am this morning and saw a rare sight!
The morning sun was below the storm clouds.
And the storm clouds are dark!
This creates a rare sight of all buildings are only 1/2 lit.
And it somehow creates a beautiful skyline at the CBD area.
Because of the weather...
I only REALLY climb out of my bed at 8.
And my appointment is at 8.30am in Alexandra Hospital.
The entire process of me stepping out and returning home took only 2 hours...
that is because I there just to get something. Zzz...
Anyway, where is Doberlator Road?
The cab I took today mentioned this place...
Its only after throwing the driver some question marks then I realised he is actually trying to mean LOWER DELTA ROAD.
This somehow reminds me of another place...
Also mentioned by an uncle taxi driver.
Where is "Ah-nee"?
Hint: It is a MRT station.
I guess I had went back to 1 entry a month situation now.
Laziness + Business = Kills blogs.
Oh by the way, the place is Aljunied Station...

Family & Friends
A conversation triggers me into thinking...
No. Not just one... But 2 particular conversations with 2 different person.
No. Its many into one. Including what I had overheard, talked about etc...
And it sorts of come out one hell of an oxymoron result...
I had this mindset in the past.
All friends and families are equally important, they will be by your side all the while.
Sharing and giving and taking care of each other.
They will listen to your problems and help you with it.
But after hearing so many things from the people around me...
This mindset below is now overwriting the thought above at an alarming rate.
Now, it seems to me that its usually the close friends that lend you a listening ear.
And it is your family or relatives that will do the actions.
But at the same time, it is your close friends that refuse to do the actions.
And its your family or relatives that refuse to lend you a listening ear.
No wonder we tend to classify friends as backstabbers.
And no wonder we tend to classify family and relatives to be ignorant.
No wonder why some people find everyone in this world to be so screwed up.

Random
I had lost track of many stuffs and times.
...
I got a external keyboard to replace my laptop's.
Went to Ion Orchard as well.
Anyway, went to IMM's Cafe Cartel today.
Absolute disappointment.
Its seriously not worth the service charge you paid in for it.
The only good thing is the iced water, which served well fast.
Other than that, everything else went downhill.
The senior manager provides the worst service.
Thinking that its just a shock for them especially when a whole group of 13 14 people came in almost at the same time, I went hungrygowhere.com to have a look at the reviews. And it does not come as a surprise to see the rather-low-ratings given to the service.
Nevertheless, for me to visit this outlet again? No-no...
Went your partner is already finishing his food, and none of the things you ordered had been served to you, that means poor service.
Recent movie: Where Got Ghost...
This is amongst the first ghost movies which I do not really feel like watching. First Jack Neo's. The reason? It is a comedy... I think comedies will make a next-dimensional creature in the show stupid. I duno why... I would very much prefer real scary movies that can haunt me in my dreams for months and months, scaring the hell out of myself...

I still think its too short!
Ok, at least we managed to had fun in Minds Cafe in Boat Quay and caught the NDP fireworks by surprise... (But also got caught in the after-NDP crowd...) Ran to Somerset to find GX before we went Orchard Central for a walk...
I amazed by the facade of the building. Imagine having the height of Plaza Singapura AND The Cathay + The shops of Paragon + Long escalators of Dhoby Ghaut + The style of the new MRT stations + Temperature of the coldest Cinema... Well, anyway, its a excellent to chill out la... And there is a women 50 metres in height!
Bump on to Tat Wee... Ok, its his voice that caught me first. =P
Sigh... Its SUNDAY. Cannot wait to book out! Man... It is not even a MONDAY!!!

Little Gathering I

Book-out extremely early than almost everyone else in camp. I was released from the EAST. And at Tampines Point.

Went for MA. The physiotherapist that met me was such a b***h ok? And I had a fall... In a position so awkward that I do not know how I ended up that way. Keyboard broke. And there are cuts on my elbow. I did not know its bleeding until I realised the floor is full of blood stains.

Finally met up with Huining, Andrea, GX, Doris... It has been such a extremely long time since all of us met up together. Huining is finally back from Germany... Went to Cityvibe for a sushi meal... I am looking forward for the next gathering! =)

HAHA!
That was some lame thing that happened to some unfortunate guy on my nights out on Tuesday. I was in Jurong East train interchange with my cousin when we saw a guy, looking very proud that he caught his train on time... He walked towards the train, wearing that proud smile, slowly. Just when he was about to step into the train, the door suddenly gone shut in front of him. The funny thing is, he had already step passed the yellow line and is extremely near the door, and everyone in the train saw him... Seemed very embarrassing la... Me and my cousin was not the only one laughing... I saw someone at the other side giggling to himself too.
Later on when we boarded the train, more things happened... Well, its too bad for me to blog the latter la, so i will not blog it. =P Ask me and I'll tell u dou.
Anyway, I tried something in the train. I faked a cough... Expected, many faces turned around and took a look at me. Den I faked a sneeze right after surveying the many faces aiming at me... This time round, even more turned their faces to me. This got to show how kiasi singaporeans are, I guess?
Somehow to my amusement, I was in Alexandra Hospital on Wednesday for a Medical Checkup. When I sneeze or cough, no one seemed to take notice... Two contradictions in two contrasting places... It would sound more reasonable for the public's response if the two locations was to be exchanged. Right?

One entry in GX's blog triggered me to make this little research...
And these are my results.
How exactly small is the planet Earth?
Lets compare the Earth with the Sun.
The Sun is 1,400,000km in diameter and you could fit more than 1,000,000 Earths in the Sun.
But the Sun is not biggest Star...
The biggest planet is VY Canis Majoris, which is 2100 times the size of the Sun.
That means that Supergiant Star would be 2,940,000,000km in diameter. And this supergiant is just a part of the Galaxy. Using this figures, you would fit 4,116,000,000 Earths into this star.
That got to show how small the earth really is... It is almost a point particle in the galaxy. And comparing this, we are of non-existence!
After finding out the giants, I decided to go the opposite direction to find the smallest planet, or star... Or anything that revolves around any star, or planet, or any salar system objects, or any round thing in the galaxy.
We know that Moon is smaller than Earth. Dwarf planet Pluto is even smaller. And yet, Dwalf planet is still a giant compare to err... 1998 KY26. 1998 KY26 is only 15 metres in diameter. It is considered to be a meteoroid, or asteroid, and is the smallest prominent object in the solar system.
Despite this, it is still slightly above 10 times the height of Human...

Busy beee
I am so busy in camp!
Busy busy busy.....
But army is like that...
Extreme inconsistency. RUBBISH.
First it was the Anniversary a month ago... I did the range.
Then it was the SAF Day parade... as a spectator.
Now the Dinner was over... just on Friday.
And I got a weekend Guard Duty... today.
Next up will be another parade... for a entire week.
The green man on the TV is up next... till NDP.
And it will be some field camp exercise after NDP... Shrugs.
And soon after I will be away in Australia.. most probably.
Well, I guess I will be "free" after 2009 then...
Manx... I've just booked out earlier and I have to book in tonight, EARLY.

One of my officer in Tekong was tested H1N1 positive. And is happy about it. =.='' Ok, I have nothing to say now.

忽然发现到... 和我在同一艘船上的... 原来还有那么多人...
In camp, I had always thought of something.
Somehow a conversation on Thursday almost completely smashed some of the facts I had been thinking about.

Anyway, what I had been thinking is, I tot B like A but in fact A tot B dun like A lah!
But its far more complicated...
And right now I am in a some very awkward and dangerous position.
And I know, there will be some place some time some how some where even darker than this.
Seriously, this 9 months indeed had taught me alot of lessons...
它教了我非常非常多東西...
它教了我很多我不知道的...
人間的黑暗...
It can be so blind...
Directly or indirectly.

Anyway, recently, alot of camp mates are leaving suddenly. May it be ORD, ROD, posting out, or some bloody long MC-till-ORD-or-whatever-you-call-it. I can't help but to make me feel slightly down, especially when it is someone I can get along better with. But one of my platoon mate told me. I should be happy for them, since we know he is going to somewhere where they will be happier. I agreed. Well, I should, shouldn't I?

Swing
Sometimes I wonder if I have multiple, or split personalities...
I kept 2 blogs... I usually blog all the happier and nonsense here while I often blog the more darker side over in the other. I hardly update that blog, and even if i do, it is usually hidden.
So anyway, well...
Personally more or less I would know pretty much well what most people around me are thinking, really. I am just being disappointed by some fact. VERY disappointed. EXTREMELY disappointed. And I can't be bothered, plus I do not want to be bothered.

And it so happens that it is just this group of people.

Adventures of my wallet!
I lost my wallet last thursday.
I was on my way home from Changi when I dropped it somewhere... It was until when I got down the train in tiong bahru when I realised it had gone missing.
So I boarded bus service 2 from Changi Village to Tanah Merah. And from Tanah Merah I took train to Tiong Bahru. Upon noticing my wallet is gone, with the highest possibility on the bus, I went to the control station in the train station for help. Only to get a few numbers to dial to, and ALL the numbers that staff gave me are useless... They are all engaged... Or in other words, busy tone la...
I decided to go back home and settle it the next day. Then a thought came to my mind... Since I boarded bus 2, and thankfully my camp pass, IC, and EZLink card is still with me, and the other end for that service is in New Bridge, or Outram Park, I made my way there instead to the bus terminal. Its just 1 train station away. Just nice, the bus I boarded earlier had just turned into the terminal. And they returned me my wallet.
The wallet may be here, but the another EZLink card, and all the cash, are gone. Sadded... The money and and in the card sum up to at least $40. But I told my mum its around $20. But I think I am more lucky to get my wallet back... If not imagine this... POSB, SAFRA, Chevrons, Borders Card, Green NS EZLink Card will be gone too... Just imagine the additional things I have to do.
The "punishment" for this wallet, I replaced it. Ha... Yesterday I went to Jurong Point, got some new wearables, and a new wallet... The old wallet is already in a horrible torned state anyway... My mum and many other people had been requesting me to change one as they believe in the fact that carrying a ripped wallet can make you lose money. Ok, I choose to believe it this time round...
Its now down the trash bin the old wallet goes... And say hi to my new wallet!
PS: If the wallet has feelings, it would feel very sad bahx... =X For I threw it away less than 3 days after I found it... Hmmhmm...
Went to have lunch with GX today! Had a hour chat! Good good... =)

I have a heavy bone mass!
It came to me... i MUST be having a heavy bone mass.
If not how can someone with a body size and height similar to me be an alarming 13kg lighter!!?
And there is someone who is taller and fatter just the same weight as me!??
So I asked my parents. And my dad's answer was I have heavy bones.
Hmm, NOW i know...
But my mum keep saying that it is impossible. Zzz...
This got to show that I can be overweight easier compared to many other people.
And I will weigh heavier even if I am underweight!
And I can be classified under obese easier!
Now I wonder, is body weight still accurate?
Anyway, someone suddenly accepted my friend request in Facebook.
I don't even remember when had I sent a friend request to her...
It has been many years since I last saw her...
Wow. It is always good to find old lost friends right?

Everytime I saw such rehearsals, it tends to bring me back to the day when I performed on stage in National Day and got a 3rd prize. And somehow there is this weird feeling of wanting to join in. laughs...

Reminiscing back to NUS days...
Went for Medical Appointment in MMI in DSO in NUS...
Went to look for GX and had a little little chat.
Too bad she was busy and I was about to go home since I am going back to camp later, if not I would stay and had dinner with her.
On my way to Kent Ridge Terminal, I dropped back to Computer Centre to sort of busybody how my ex-colleagues are doing now. Came to me as a surprise that my supervisor is still working there despite hearing the fact he cannot wait to leave that place. Had a short chat with them too...
Reminiscing back to NUS working days... Memorable lah!
Ok, 9 months in NUS is short... Thats quite true.
Hey! It had been around 9 months since I left that place...
If my camp had not revoked the off I applied on Wednesday, I will not be feeling so sian now...

On our way back home with my sis, we walked past a couple...
Just before we reach them, the lady gave off a horrific loud burp...

Anyway, a small lesson I learnt yesterday...
Changi Airport Terminal 3 and Terminal 2 are actually VERY near each other. It is just one MRT station apart. You can go to both Terminal 3 and Terminal 2 via the escalators by the sides of the train station. Don't be a kuku like me, came out of the station to Terminal 2 and take the Skytrain to Terminal 3.
Now I wonder, why didn't I notice it that day went I went to the same place with GX to see Huining off to Germany? Hmm...

SO WHAT?!
Too many things in a fortnight...
Especially this week.
Anyway... I watched X-Men Origins: Wolverine via a PSP played on TV.
My conclusion? I have totally no idea what the hell this show is about.
I would only give 1 star out of 5.
Moreover, I find the claws so fake...
And I dreamt a very interesting dream.
Imagine CJ7 and 老夫子 (Old Master Q) together!
Somehow it feels like its CJ7 - 2 had just came on in the movies!
On that morning I was in a confused state when I woke up...
And it was raining...
This got to show much well I had slept huh.
Hao la.. The rest? Next time.

Song Recommedations...
I heard a number of songs over the radio or different source over the past 2 weeks. And I came up with a few nice songs... and I had link them to Youtube where you can hear the song...
1) BY2 - 我知道 (I cannot believe I am actually recommending their songs.)
Nice song. I would say its their best. A very sharp contrast to their previous songs or rather, the whole of the previous album... Yes, their second album is out. Somehow I find this song familiar... Can anyone tell me where I had heard this before, besides the radio?
2) 郭采洁 - 又圆了的月亮
Her first song that caught my attention was the song from 无敌珊宝妹. Amazingly that song from the song is NOT a proper song ok? Then I started looking into the net... And began to grew a liking to her songs. 又圆了的月亮 is the one in particular. Radio had been playing it rather frequently now too.
3) Koda Kumi - You
Nothing much to say. Not bad la...
4) 刘力扬 - 我就是这样
I had always thought 刘力扬 was a male until I heard her first song. Anyway, is this the song I had been finding since a few long months ago?
5) 蓝又时 - 秘密
I do not really fancy her songs. This song however, is different. What else can I say? The video! The speaking voice and the singing voice is very different... Are they the same person? No right? Well anyway... the song is there and I have no idea how does 蓝又时 look like la...
6) 梁文音 - 我不是你想像的那么勇敢

True Friends...
Why am I reading so many blog entries about friendship all of a sudden?
Somehow I like this particular line from one of the blogs I've read.
"That meeting seriously woke me up that I do have true friends back in the day. In fact, they are even more true than those typical local people."
He had applied it on, well, the SAME primary school gathering which I have mentioned earlier. And now, I also want to apply it to the same gathering as well.
Isn't it amazing that we are still in contact after a long 9 years since graduation?
Thinking back to that crazy class I'm in 9 years ago...
One had migrated to USA. One had moved to India. Some had became a Officer in the SAF. Many more are still serving inside NS. Many had gone to Universities. Many had a proper job now.
Wow... 9 years.
Anyway, not to mention my poly buddies too! 2 always had the mind wandering everywhere while 2 is always on the lectures. And 2 always lost their souls in Practicals while 2 are very enthusiastic on the practical lessons. 3 can talk to you while facing the other while 1 can't. Somehow I like this particular line from one of the blogs I've read.
"That meeting seriously woke me up that I do have true friends back in the day. In fact, they are even more true than those typical local people."
He had applied it on, well, the SAME primary school gathering which I have mentioned earlier. And now, I also want to apply it to the same gathering as well.
Isn't it amazing that we are still in contact after a long 9 years since graduation?
Thinking back to that crazy class I'm in 9 years ago...
One had migrated to USA. One had moved to India. Some had became a Officer in the SAF. Many more are still serving inside NS. Many had gone to Universities. Many had a proper job now.
Wow... 9 years.
Anyway, not to mention my poly buddies too! 2 always had the mind wandering everywhere while 2 is always on the lectures. And 2 always lost their souls in Practicals while 2 are very enthusiastic on the practical lessons. 3 can talk to you while facing the other while 1 can't. Its the 4 different characters that at least 2 possess each time that made us up. Not to mention, multi-racial and multi-religion too!

Hectic...
Finally I can do a breather... Phew.
It had been quite hectic the past 2 weeks.
I had a 4 day field camp exercise from 14th morning to 17th morning.
Many things had occurred.
And thanks to the weather...
My first day of the camp was so exhausting.
Imagine spending a freaking 6 hours inside a stuffy track vehicle in the forest.
To make it worse, after the torturing 6 hours, we had to made our way back to where we came from. For the first time, I had not change my uniform for 4 consecutive days.
After my field camp, and book out on that friday, I went for a primary school gathering. Even though only 3 came, including me, with one came by for a short chat, we had a enjoyable time talking with each other.
My biggest lesson learnt in a course...
I realised I can never work in a medical industry.
For I had the phobia of poking a needle into other peoples' hand.
Just looking by the amount of blood that flow out during a drip.
Anyway, I went to Tampines 1 a few days ago, during nights out.
Now I agree... It is a disappointment.
The 2 older malls beside this new mall are a much better choice.
The fan I buy from action city broke down within 20 hours. What the freak!
So its another friday now.
Please let this weekend go slow...
I starting to feel rather exhausted... once again.
But hey, I am rather happy to find another ring of friendship!
Ok, I guess this entry is pretty much a rubbish. same as always.

Fear
I hate seeing a whole nest of insects or worms.
This kind of sight (or pictures) gives me goosebumps.
AGGH!
And I actually saw a whole nest of TERMITES in camp!
And I fainted on the spot. X_x
Bom~!
Somehow termites do not look like ants.
Even though they are better known as White Ants.
THEY LOOKED LIKE THIS!!!
AHH! Another swarmy picture. Of a familiar sight!
Fainted once more.
Bom~!
And do you know that in Africa, they EAT termites?
They claimed that it contains a good source of fat and protein.
Now i wonder... Since these insects feed on paper, wood etc etc...
Where did the fats come from?
Man... I HATE TERMITES.

The Tales of Despereaux
I finally watched this movie!! keke... IN CAMP... DURING GUARD DUTY!
Even though i wanted to watch "Coming Soon" more.
Pleasantly sweet. And pleasantly nice, even though the voice of both the mice and mouse sounded a little bit too manly despite their cute looks.
BUT! Somehow that is almost are all the good things of the movie.
The storyline is quite poorly organised and its rather serious.
But hey! Its a cartoon! What do you expect!
Not bad a watch I would say.
Especially if you like those little creatures!

IT Fair
Went to the IT fair in Suntec...
Im pretty much stunned by the crowd there... Most of the time there I was sandwiched between two people. Level 4 sells mostly Cameras and Laptops. Level 6 are mostly computer accessories. I got myself a Black Prolink Optical Mouse for only $5!! Not bad...
One escalator broke down when we were on it. Stopped moving suddenly and attracted so many people looking. I also saw 2 ambulances around the taxi stand. I guess someone fainted...
Went to Shokudo marketplace for dinner. Yum. Somehow it suddenly reminds me of that time when I went to the same place, ordering the same food with the crazy nutties. I miss the the gal who is now wayyyy away in Germany. Sigh... What about GX, Drea, Dor? Find some day to meet up shall we?
I am NOT watching Marley & Me... Aggh.... Because I KNEW the ending. =(
Is it something similar to the 10 Promises to My Dog?
Anyway, COMING SOON...

Went to Joo Koon and Pioneer to busybody about the 2 new stations recently added. Only to waste my time. Nothing there... Only some buildings. At least the stations are new and pretty modern... Better than the alien Expo station...

In the end, I got myself a Creative MP3 Charger - which is not in my list of things to buy, 2 pens and magazines.
Curious, I tried logging into NPNet just now...

Anyway, I am having a terrible muscle ache all over my body now.

Well... went to East Coast Park today after booking out for some cohesion thingy. Had fun cycling... And eating. And enjoying the sea breeze. Maybe i can say its a time to relax a lil with my company mates ba... since I had been so busy in camp for the past few weeks, with so many parade rehearsals and sports and running and SOC inclusive... Until to a point where I vomitted during the first 700m rundown today. I pushed on and climbed the low wall, and I fell to the other side. I decided to fall out for that "my wife" rammed on my helmet, hit the side of my body and its head dug into the sand.

I need medications for my legs!

Rainbow~~
Pretty much lack of updates huh?
Almost 1/2 month now.
Its all because of the horrible network connection that may disconnect every 3 minutes at home.
And the time for me to use the net is only mostly on weekends or if im lucky to catch a empty PC station in camp after office hours.
Anyway, a few days ago, a magnificent rainbow with distinct 7 colours with a full semi-circle arc had appeared in the rainy skies in Singapore. Its extremely rare to see more than 2 rainbows in the sky, but I think I saw 3. 2\Two together head to tail and a faint one over it. My cousin claimed that she saw 5! But... Hmm... I was way to the north of Singapore, and hearing from my mum, there was a rainbow near to my house too... Maybe what my cousin said is true after all i guess?
Too bad I was in camp was unable to take any pictures.

Taxi taxi taxi...
Took the most number of taxis yesterday...
From camp to home, from home back to Teck Whye, then from Kranji to Beach Road, and from Beach Road to Kallang Leisure Park.
No choice, I have to find my new camp and gather my army items.
If my mum knows this, she is so going to murder me...
But... Its weird... the fares aren't consistent.
From Teck Whye to Bukit Merah is $16.80
From Bukit Merah to Teck Whye is $18.40
From Kranji to Beach Road is $20.00
From Beach Road to Kallang Leisure Park is $5.80
Whats that big gap along the same route? hmm...
Anyway, Kallang Leisure Park is a nice place to chill...
Even though there are almost nothing there for you to shop.
Unless you enjoy arcade, ice-skating, or bowling, and makan...
Oh ya, a saw a giant rabbit in a pet shop in the mall!!!
Its as big as a Shih Tsu Dog... No... Almost bigger.
Talking about Shih Tsu...
I miss Bebe... =(

Chinatown
I couldn't believe myself to accompany my dad to go to Chinatown last week! For some people, I am pretty sure that I hate Chinatown right? Especially during this Chinese New Year period. Nevertheless, it is as crowded as usual, with full of aunties and uncles that will stop in the middle of a pavement suddenly blocking you for some no reasons. I told my dad about it and my dad, to my surprise, also have the same thinking as me. laughs...
So I got my new year clothings last week... Blue and white shirt and jeans. No more. Neh... only a miserable 1 set! I will not be wearing them frequently anyway... In fact, i doubt i will be wearing them frequently until after my National Service.
Sigh... Talking about NS, I came to realised i have only NINE days left in Stagmont before I get my new posting again. I am still unable to get used to Stagmont Camp and now I need to prepare to move to a new environment once more. I hope I get posted to Tekong or Stagmont... At least I am more familiar to this 2 places. I dun mind the ferry!
Do you know that Stagmont Camp is amongst the most haunted camp? I was shocked to read those stories i found in the net! Search "Stagmont camp haunted 6th floor" and some of the results should tell you some stories den. And to make it worse, my bunk is at the sixth floor, in SI.
Anyway, I got a nightmare 2 nights ago. Maybe its due to the fever I was having. I dreamt that I was sitting in one corner when a female black figure with long hair came flying to me and lean, or sit, or pushing against me. It lasted for a few short seconds... I tried to wake up or tried to move, but I could not. Is this something like... Bei Gui Ya? When I jolt awake, It is 4am... On the dot. Creepy.
My sis make fun of my dream and said that the spirit in my camp followed me home.

Do you know that Stagmont Camp is amongst the most haunted camp? I was shocked to read those stories i found in the net! Search "Stagmont camp haunted 6th floor" and some of the results should tell you some stories den. And to make it worse, my bunk is at the sixth floor, in SI.
Anyway, I got a nightmare 2 nights ago. Maybe its due to the fever I was having. I dreamt that I was sitting in one corner when a female black figure with long hair came flying to me and lean, or sit, or pushing against me. It lasted for a few short seconds... I tried to wake up or tried to move, but I could not. Is this something like... Bei Gui Ya? When I jolt awake, It is 4am... On the dot. Creepy.
My sis make fun of my dream and said that the spirit in my camp followed me home.

Windy Singapore
Rare! Never can I remember Singapore being so windy and plesantly cooling before! But because of the cold weather, and the constant lectures in Air-con room, and sleeping under a fan, and all these, I think im falling sick!!! Aggh... Anyway, I am VERY happy to know that I HAVE NO MORE GUARD DUTY ON CHINESE NEW YEAR!!!
Today is my bookout day. I was at Lot 1 when the change a cashier passed it to me dropped. A dollar coin rolled to the front of a auntie from China. She picked it up, thinking that she is helping me to pick the coin up, she actually pick it up, and put it inside her wallet and took the escalator up. I felt so disgusted by her actions. Nevertheless, I did not get my coin back. I refused to touch that coin that has fallen into the filthy hands of her.

2008... Plus Fireworks!
It has been a few days since the start of the new year.
To think back, 2008 is definitely amongst the most important and the most eventful years in my life. Filled with the countless leavings, it is always either I left my friends because we have to or they left me because they have to, I realised I've changed. I do not think I am as positive as before and I am more easily depressed now. How i miss those times when we are talking cock everytime and doing stuffs that drive us nuts together everyday.
30 May 2008, the day my journey in Ngee Ann Poly officially ends.
8 August 2008, the day my journey in NCS ends.
10 December 2008, the day my journey in BMT ends.
FYI, I worked in NCS NUS for over a year including the attachment period. Thats even longer than a normal contract my colleagues signed.
So how will 2009 be for me?
Talking about it, my course in Stagmont Camp is ending in about a month and I will be posted to a once again, a new unit... Time sure flies now...

Obviously this year the Mount Faber's is quite a disappointment especially it was so nice all the previous years...
