Anyway... These few days i contacted Dell on Saturday for servicing of my lappy. Initially... I told them the touchpad is wearing off (Those hu saw it will know wad i mean) and speaker is not working...
Im quite surprised by their efficency... they called me on monday morning, 9am (Thats exactly the time they will contact us if the emails was sent on a weekend) and say they will call again on tuesday to confirm a servicing timeslot on wednesday... Who knows? They called me later that day around 1pm plus to confirm a slot on tuesday instead.
And on tuesday the person came, change the speakers, and the touchpad... When he realised the USB is a little bit not functioning, he changed the entire motherboard. Cool? WOOTX!!! And he say he will come back again to change the cover.. WHOA!!! And thats wednesday or today that he will come. Ok.. Somehow somehow somehow, the new touchpad refused to work suddenly.
Maybe i will tell the engineer when he calls later bah
